Membership of The Old Vine Conference is an impactful way to safeguard global old vine heritage, and its priceless ecological and cultural value. In return, Members are able to showcase their wines and projects to our influential and uniquely engaged audience through exposure at conferences, inclusion in media, and at tastings and events.

Tucked into the verdant hills of Tramonti—the “green heart” of the Amalfi Coast—Tenuta San Francesco is a living tribute to the past and a shining example of what the future of wine can be when tradition, sustainability, and passion converge. Founded in 2004 by four childhood friends—Gaetano and Generoso Bove, Vincenzo D’Avino, and Luigi Giordano—the estate was born not just to make wine, but to save history.
Basilisco Winery, Basilicata, Italy
Basilisco Winery, located in Barile within the province of Potenza, is a prestigious estate in the renowned Vulture wine region of Basilicata in Southern Italy. Originally founded in the early 1990s, the winery was acquired by the Capaldo family (of Feudi di San Gregorio) in 2011 as part of their Tenute Capaldo project, which aims to cultivate high-quality wines while respecting the traditions and terroirs across Italy.
Bodegas Queirón Rioja Oriental, Spain
Queirón is a project of the Pérez Cuevas family in the heart of the old winemaking district of Quel, a village to the east of Rioja where wine has long been made in tiny family wineries hewn into the rock. As well as restoring one of these ancient wineries, the project also produces village wines from native varieties, including Garnacha and Tempranillo Blanco, grown in small plots at high altitude.

Vini Brumat, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy
Vini Brumat, a boutique estate in the Friuli Isonzo DOC, produces just 6,000 bottles annually, focusing on Friulano, Malvasia Istriana, and Merlot. Anchored by the Sot la Mont vineyard, the estate celebrates its old Friulano vines, which represent the soul of the region, nestled beneath the Colle di Medea and the Ara Pacis Mundi monument.
Filipa Pato & William Wouters Estate, Bairrada, Portugal
Filipa Pato, born into a winemaking family that has been crafting wines for over five generations in Bairrada, established her own winery in 2001 with the idea to recuperate as many centenary Baga vineyards as possible.
Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, Napa Valley, USA
Founded in 1970 by Warren Winiarski, Stag's Leap Wine Cellars emerged as a pioneering force in Napa Valley, aiming to create world-class wines that could compete globally. This vision was realized with the release of the inaugural Cabernet Sauvignon in 1972.
Azienda Agricola Monchiero, Piedmont, Italy
Azienda Agricola Monchiero spans across 11 hectares in Castiglione Falletto and Treiso (Bas-suè area). Here, the Monchiero family nurtures 50-year-old vines of Dolcetto planted in the traditional Langhe style, along with 40-year-old Nebbiolo vines, producing 55,000 bottles annually.
